The DOL is hosting 2 free webinars about fiduciary responsibilities on March 27 and March 28, 2012 starting at 1pm ET. Each webinar is 90 minutes long.
On March 27th from 1pm to 2:30pm ET, the DOL will discuss basic fiduciary responsibilities and prohibited transactions and exemptions under ERISA.
On March 28th from 1pm to 2:30pm ET, the DOL will discuss reporting and disclosure provisions of ERISA and the DOL’s voluntary correction program.
